Gift card and Return Policy
Any merchandise purchased online needs to be returned online, not in stores. Any merchandise purchased IN STORE has to be returned to THE SAME STORE! All gift cards purchased online can only be used for ONLINE purchases. No in store purchases using online gift card. Also, gift cards that are purchased in store can only be used in store. NO GIFT CARDS ARE REFUNDABLE.

- Final Sales: All sales of accessories, jewelry, and items marked as “sale” are final. Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- In order for successful exchange and/or refund, the merchandise must be returned unworn and with tags intact. Refunds are only available to online purchases returned by mail.
- You have 21 days to return or exchange.
- Refund of online purchases must include a filled out “return/exchange form” Please include in package with returning item.

- Allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your refund to be processed and credited. Refund is only credited to original form of payment.

- Returns for DAMAGES, please fill out the Return Form that is sent with your package. Must be filled out completely.

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise must be postmarked for return within 21 days of order date.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of damages.
Merchandise must have any tags that were attached originally.
Any merchandise marked final sale may not be returned.
Shoes must be returned in the original box without damage to box.
Hair accessories, undergarments, belts, jewelry and bodysuits cannot be returned.
Items sent back with make up or deodorant stains will NOT be accepted.
All returns must include completed return form enclosed in package.
Highly recommend tracking your return, as we are not responsible for lost/damaged return packages.
REFUNDS AND PROCESSING
Refunds will be processed within approximately 21 business days after we receive your return, please check tracking information for delivery of your return package as we will only email you once your refund/credit has been completed.
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.
Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
No refunds will be made on returns accepted past the 21 day mark.

Any orders refused or returned as UNCLAIMED will be charged a restocking fee of 15% and the items will be refunded at the current selling price. Please note shipping fees will not be refunded.

*if you agree to buy a FINAL SALE ITEM if the the item is received damaged- a REFUND will not be valid on the item if there is a replacement size available
*Please note any orders sent with FREE SHIPPING and 50% or more of the order is returned will be subject to the original shipping fee deducted from the total amount of the refund if you choose to have your order refunded. If you select store credit, you will not be deducted the original free shipping fee and will receive the refund for the entire amount.
